A whole-home renovation is the most demanding project a homeowner will ever manage — unless they don't have to. C.E. Customs runs whole-home remodels across Boca Raton and South Florida as a single, coordinated engagement: one team, one schedule, one point of accountability from demolition to move-in.

Because design, custom cabinetry, construction, and interior design all live inside our own firm, our whole-home clients don't spend their weekends translating between an architect, a builder, a cabinet shop, and a designer. The plan we draw is the plan our shop mills, and the plan our crews install.

We're comfortable with structural reconfiguration, additions, kitchens and baths in the same build, curated exterior work, and full-house lighting and finish design. When you're ready for the reveal, the house is furnished, styled, and cleaned — turn-key.

    A dedicated foreman runs a single in-house crew through demo, framing, mechanicals, cabinetry, and finishes on a written schedule.

    Reveal & Aftercare

    We hand over a styled, commissioned home with a written care guide and stay available for adjustments long after move-in.

How long does a whole-home renovation take?

Most whole-home projects run nine to eighteen months from design kickoff to move-in, depending on square footage, structural scope, and permitting. We commit to a written schedule before build begins.

Do we need to move out during the renovation?

For a true whole-home remodel, yes — for most or all of the build. We help plan the logistics and phase the work when a partial-occupancy schedule is possible.

Can you work with our architect or designer?

Absolutely. We regularly build to another firm's plans and are equally happy leading design in-house. Either way you get one accountable builder.

Do you handle furnishings and styling?

Yes. Our interior design team can specify, procure, and install furniture, lighting, art, and accessories so you walk into a fully realized home.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and insured general contractor. We pull all permits and coordinate every licensed trade under one schedule.
